Dragonfly At Rest

Description

This dragonfly was more than cooperative as it rested for several minutes in the window box outside my studio.  I love these insects not only because I know they eat mosquitos and black flies but because of evolutions unique structuring of their wings and bodies…such cool pieces of work. This one was almost five inches long.  He was a biggie!
