Description
The cloud cover wasn’t thick this morning and the temperature was warmer than expected with a slight breeze. A short hike into High Point along a part of the Long Path, a trail which goes thru NY and into New Jersey, was muddy in spots. I reached the cliff edge and had plenty of time to set up my tripod before the sun crested the horizon. The haze created some great colors and in this shot, the lights below are the Village of Altamont to the left and Guilderland Center Industrial Park straight ahead…
