Description
The original was much lest interesting as you can see. The idea is to move the camera as the shutter is releasing in an up to down motion or in the same direction as the subject. In this case it was a row of trees along a riverbank so I moved the camera down as I took the shot. The enhancement came in Photoshop with some exposure, offset and gamma as well as some saturation bump along with an unsharp mask and then I ran it thru Color Efx Pro.
